"IEEE Asia-Pacific Power and Energy Engineering Conference" (referred to as APPEEC) was founded in 2008, it is an annual conference co-sponsored by IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES), State Grid of China, Wuhan University, Sichuan University and other institutions. The first APPEEC2009 conference was successfully held in March 2009 in Wuhan with more than 600 scholars and experts around the world participated in. The APPEEC2010 conference was held successfully in Chengdu from March 25 to 28, 2010 with more than 700 people, including the senior officials from State Grid of China, IEEE Power & Energy Society and people from over 20 countries and regions attended. The 2011 APPEEC will invite officials from the State Grid of China, and many distinguished scholars and business representatives to discuss the future directions of power and energy industry as well as how to alleviate the world's energy shortage. Furthermore, we will specially provide the participants of business an interaction platform for discussing with the academia and the related government officials about the issues of how to improve the efficient use of energy, reduce environmental pollution and achieve sustainable development, etc.

After three years of vigorous development, IEEE Asia-Pacific Power and Energy Engineering Conference (APPEEC) has become a nationally and globally well-known conference in power and energy area. The third IEEE Asia-Pacific Power and Energy Engineering Conference (APPEEC 2011) will be held in Wuhan from March 25 to 28, 2011, it will set up a free communicated platform for the scientific scholars and the related industry players worldwide as well as provide access to new technologies and business opportunities to the related people in power and energy industry.

This conference held by the IEEE Power & Energy Society and Wuhan University will become the focus of attention to some of the major universities and related industries, it will also be a valuable opportunity to promote business. We will organize several technical talks around the research focus and market trends within power and energy areas of common concern. “IEEE亚太电力与能源工程国际会议（Asia-Pacific Power and Energy Engineering Conference，简称 APPEEC）”创办于2008年，由美国IEEE电力与能源协会（PES）、国家电网、武汉大学、四川大学等高等学府共同举办，每年3月召开，其中第一届会议已于2009年3月在武汉成功召开，与会学者、专家共计600余人，第二届会议已于2010年3月在成都成功举办，国家电网负责人，美国IEEE电力与能源协会，以及来自20多个国家和地区的700多人参加了此次会议，在此基础上，2011年APPEEC会议将邀请国家电网负责人、国际知名学者、企业界代表共同探讨电力和能源的发展方向，以及如何缓解世界能源短缺问题，同时我们特别为参会企业提供一个相互交流的平台，与学术界和政府有关部门共同探讨如何提高能源的使用效率、减少环境污染、实现可持续发展等问题。
经过三年的蓬勃发展，IEEE亚太电力与能源工程国际会议（APPEEC）已成为享誉国内乃至全球电力与能源领域的知名会议。第三届IEEE亚太电力与能源工程国际会议（APPEEC 2011）将于2011年3月25日至28日在武汉举行，该会议致力于为全球的科学工作者和相关企业搭建一个自由交流的平台，同时为电力与能源行业相关的企业获得新的技术和商机提供服务。
本届会议由IEEE电力与能源协会和武汉大学共同举办，将会是各大高校和相关行业关注的焦点，也必将是企业宣传不可多得的机会。会议针对电力与能源领域共同关注的研究热点及市场趋势，组织多场技术讲座，来自学术界及企业界的多位代表将登台演讲，传递最新的前沿技术和行业资讯。

2．Fill Registration Form for the Exhibitors（填写展商登记表）
请参展赞助单位认真填写参展商登记表，邮寄或通过E-mail、传真确认，即日起开始报名参展，我们将按照赞助费用的多少及报名先后顺序挑选展位。
3．Sign the Exhibition Agreement（签订展览协议）
参展单位可在网上下载并查看协议相关内容，协议内容因赞助类型而异，请查阅并确认后方可签订相关赞助协议。

| Principle of selection（挑选原则） |
1．所有厂商按照等级顺序挑选展位，同等级别的厂商按照先到先挑的基本原则。
2．厂商在将预定意向书及回执表交到组委会后，组委会协调安排各赞助方式，并电话与厂商做最终的确认。
3．厂商在得到确认后，应在7个工作日内交付预付款项。
4. 所有招商赞助及参加产品展示企业联系与洽谈事宜截止日期为2010年11月30日（9月30日之前报名的展商给予9折优惠），逾期组委会将不予受理。
5．组委会拥有本次会议的最终解释权。
